“The Birds”

Most of you know that I am an animal lover. I am constantly being razzed about my affection to animals by everyone around me, as I continue to defend my position. I am on the board of Project Wildlife, and take every opportunity to support and promote education and preservation of animal rights.

Well, yesterday, in front of a full patio, as I made my rounds of chatting with our Guests, I was attacked by a Starling. Not just once. He dive bombed my head as I ran inside. Then as I came back out to exit the patio, he followed me to my car. I may have been a little paranoid, but as I drove away, a swarm of Starlings surrounded me, and I was reminisent of the movie “The Birds.”

I still love birds, as you can see by the attached video of my bird “Sky,” … just a little more cautious!
