Kick Gas Festival

Saturday, October 24th, we will be at Qualcomm Stadium showcasing our “Everything Crusted Ahi” with soy-ginger reduction & Maui pineapple salsa.  The festival attracts thousands of people and features 100+ vendors/exhibitors, including Sustainable Living, OB Skate Park Interactive, Earthlist.com, Go VRVI Fun, & Speed Alternative Vehicle Racing Zones.  Also, there will be musical artists and bands, including Shark Attack, Citizen Band, & Matisyahu.  You can learn more about this event at www.kickgasfestival.com.

    It was good to see you the other day, congratulations on yet another successful restaurant. My parents always rave about their experiences with you and your food, going back to the Kemo Sabe days.

    I was wondering if you could spare some time to talk about being an chef-owner operator, overseeing multiple locations and working within a managment group? I still have much to learn and would be greatful for any informationand insight you could offer.
